Fine-Art Lighting Factory was developed as an integrated industrial campus for one of China’s leading stage lighting manufacturers. The project combines research and development facilities, manufacturing workshops, office spaces, and technical support departments within a large-scale production environment exceeding 60,000 m². With more than 500 employees and a strong focus on innovation, the company specializes in professional stage lighting systems, lighting control technologies, and high-performance entertainment equipment for international markets.

The architectural design focuses on creating an efficient and contemporary industrial environment that supports advanced manufacturing processes, research activities, and collaborative working spaces. Special attention was given to circulation efficiency, flexible production layouts, natural lighting, and the integration of administrative and technical facilities within a unified campus identity. The project reflects the company’s commitment to technology, precision manufacturing, and continuous innovation in the global entertainment lighting industry.
